Back to the Blog
Well, I've been gone a long time. I must appologize. My website was looking more and more like a blog, so I have revamped it to a more professional, business look and will put all the Blog type posts here on the Blog where it belongs. I have no idea how I got so far off the track, but I am jumping back on and will build a business facebook page as well.
I have been a professional photographer almost all my adult life. I became interested in photography while working on the Great Lakes as a Watchman on the SS Peter Reiss. I took pictures of boats, sunrises, and shipmates with a little Polaroid camera... but I gave most them away.. I probably had a shot or two of the Edmund Fitzgerald, as we passed many times on the lakes... I think about those who lost their lives often. Nothing scarier than the Witch of November on the Great Lakes. I have recently left my fulltime job to pursue my own business as a photographer. I spent the last 22 years at Fox Portrait Studios as a Photographer and finally Chief Photographer. I learned a lot there, and I will miss those who supported and worked with me all those years.
